• There is a large entrance door on the front, with a long ramp for easy access for birds.
• Above the door there are holes for ventilation purposes.
• The door has a wooden latch for closing the house for protection at night.
• The nesting area is built into the house itself, but has its own separate roof.
• The roof of the nest box opens up, for easy egg collection and cleaning.
• There are three nest boxes in this house, giving sufficient laying space for hens, there are also internal perches inside the house.
• The sleeping/nesting area is raised well off of the ground, preventing rising damp and vermin nesting under the house.
